RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand by the quality of our heavyweight cotton. We want you to feel the difference, but we know buying online can be tricky with sizing.

You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.

FREE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

If the fit isn't perfect, we’ll make it right. We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. We offer Free Return Shipping via a prepaid label if you choose to exchange for a different size or opt for Store Credit.

REFUNDS

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we are happy to arrange that for you. We will supply you with a returns label. The cost of return posting will be deducted from your refund. There are no restocking fees.

CONDITION

We accept returns for items in "New" condition only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To start a return or exchange, visit our returns centre. 

You will be asked to specify if you would like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label (for exchanges and store credit) or return instructions (for refunds). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues and make things right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To exercise this right, please contact us at the email or phone number listed above.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
