These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.threefivethree.com and the purchase of any products from us.

By using our website, you confirm that you are:

Agreeing not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that may impair its functionality or security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a customer has violated these Terms.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, we cannot guarantee that colours or details shown on your screen will exactly match the actual product.
All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw products at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or our third-party payment providers.

Prices are shown in EUR (€) (and may display GBP (£) for UK customers) and include Irish VAT where applicable.
Customers outside the EU may be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days.
Delays may occur during peak periods, customs processing, or due to factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or postal service.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items or limited-edition drops may not be eligible for return (as specified on product pages).

To initiate a return, please email hello@threefivethree.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Gift Cards and Discount Codes

Gift cards and discount codes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer e.g. already discounted/sale items on the website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, designs, photography, and text — is the property of Tricuigtri Limited t/a ThreefiveThree Clothing and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Acts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
